Sign In & Out Policy
All parents sign in and out for drop offs and pick ups each day.
Absences
There will be no refunds or adjustments made to your child care fee for your time missed due to illness, holidays, or days off. A place has been reserved for each child that cannot be filled on a short-term basis.
HOLIDAYS & CLOSINGS
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Birthday ( if on a week day), Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving. Bigmama’s Love Arc will close at 3:00 p.m. the day before Christmas Eve. Bigmama’s Love Arc will close Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Bigmama’s Love ARC will also close the day before Lindale School starts in order to prepare for the new school year.
When a Holiday falls on a Saturday, Bigmama’s Love ARC will be closed the preceding Friday, when a holiday falls on a Sunday, Bigmama’s Love ARC will be closed the following Monday.
**School rates have been averaged to be the same each week and already include deduction for scheduled holidays and closings.
